Backend Engineer
SATU Dental · Full-time
Develop and maintain a Golang clinic management system serving 50+ dental branches, 280K+ patient records, and 300+ daily appointment bookings. Integrate SATUSEHAT, WhatsApp Business API, and Firebase Cloud Messaging with Asynq and Redis. Own GitHub Actions and Kubernetes releases, AWS/GCP infrastructure, on-call response, and postmortems. Monitor production with SigNoz: 38 req/sec sustained throughput, 500ms P99 latency, and a 0.57% error rate.

Built Laravel systems for market vendor registration and food commodity pricing, using Haversine geolocation, QR-based identification, and Mekari Jurnal integration. Developed and maintained the RASA Corp, Kulina Berkah Sehati, and Warjali WordPress websites, including production deployment and server management with Cyber Panel.

Approach.

I turn product requirements into technical RFCs before implementation, making the architecture and delivery plan explicit. My work spans backend development, third-party integrations, and data migrations where integrity matters.

Ownership continues after release: deployment procedures, rollback strategies, monitoring, on-call response, and postmortems. I work across teams to keep production systems reliable and resolve the causes behind incidents.
